Scott McArdle (He/Him)

Scott has spent over 30 years in the nonprofit sector in various development, program, philanthropic advising, and consulting roles. He is currently a founding partner in his nonprofit fundraising consulting firm Gade-McArdle and has his own philanthropic advising practice working with families and foundations.
Scott lives in Ferrisburgh, Vermont with his wife Kelli and too many horses. For fun he enjoys snowboarding, disc golf, playing guitar, boating on Lake Champlain, fixing broken things on the farm, and still trying to be the greatest dad ever to his two adult daughters, Caroline and Jenna. Appropriately his first album was Boston (on vinyl) and his favorite board sport is snowboarding.
Scott also serves on the board of VPR-Vermont PBS, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Vergennes (VT) and is a past board member of many nonprofits charitable grantmaking foundations.
