Kim is a People & Culture professional who believes in the power of community, connection, and creating opportunities for others to grow. Her career began with seasonal jobs in Alaska, New Zealand, and Colorado, where she saw how the outdoors pushes people to find the strength and resilience they didn’t know they had. Those adventures not only fueled her love for the mountains but also sparked her passion for building strong teams and inclusive workplaces, something that’s guided her ever since.
Today, she partners with leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia to align people strategies with business goals and help teams through transformation. A first-generation American, Kim is grateful for the path that’s shaped her perspective and deep appreciation for different ways of living and being. Outside of work, she recharges by hiking, traveling, and packrafting, though her favorite board sport will always be snowboarding. Her first CD was CrazySexyCool by TLC, still a classic.
