Hailey is from Grand Isle, Vermont but now spends her time in Winooski, Vermont. She earned a degree in Environmental Studies from Saint Michael’s College. Soon after graduating college Hailey discovered her passion for working with youth through volunteering with Chill. Prior to starting with Chill Hailey worked with youth with autism spectrum disorder in public schools. Her favorite boardsport is snowboarding which she likes to do at Sugarbush.
