Book your spot and get ready to join us at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club on Thursday, July 27, for a fun and laid back golf outing to benefit the Chill Foundation.

We have teamed up with Chill Ambassador and professional snowboarder, Mark Sollors, for a day featuring an 18-hole golf scramble, on-course games, drinks, food, raffles, and a whole lot of fun! The tournament will raise funds to benefit the Chill Foundation’s mission to inspire young people through boardsports and builds a more equitable outdoor community.

CHECK-IN, RAFFLE, AND PRIZES

Parking & Bag Drop: There is NO parking at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club. Complimentary self-parking is available at the Fairmont Hotel with shuttles to the course starting at 9:30am. You are welcome to drop off your clubs and extra passengers then loop to the hotel to park. You will be given an exit pass from the golf team.
Check-In: Check-in begins at 9:30 AM and will take place at the Chill table near the clubhouse entrance. Shotgun start is at 11:00 AM.
Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches will be provided to help fuel your fun filled day. Be sure to start your morning off right with a Cesar provided by our friends at Tito’s Vodka.
Liability Waiver: All players must sign a liability waiver. No waiver, no fun. You can sign an electronic version of the waiver here.
Mulligans: Save your team a few strokes and scoop some mulligans. $5 each with a limit of six per team. Mulligans can be purchased at the check-in table.
Rules: Teams of four will complete in a scramble format. Be sure to check the rule sheet every hole! We have a ton of great special holes including the ‘Snowboard Tee Shot’ and the famous ‘Ménage A Trois’ hole.
Raffle: We have a great raffle this year featuring prizes from Anon, Malbon Golf, Burton, Oakley, Yeti and more! Tickets are one for $5 or five for $20 and will be sold at the raffle table located near the patio.

IMPORTANT RULES FROM FAIRMONT:

Outside Alcohol is not permitted. Anyone caught with their own alcohol will be removed from the course.
Dress Code: Please, wear collared shirt, and tailored pants or shorts. No jeans, gym wear, flip-flops, or going barefoot.
Golf carts are to be driven responsibly.
No smoking within the facility.
