About the Event

Timing:
8:30 – Day of sign-up and Registration
10:00 – Shotgun Start
15:00 – Estimated time of Winners Ceremony, BBQ and Raffle. Time subject to change according to pace of play.

Each Sign Up Includes:
– 18 Hole Green-Fee
– Tournament Participation (Partner Scramble Format)
– Halfway snack
– Post round BBQ / Dinner
– 1x Raffle Ticket
– Access to Driving Range & Warm-Up Facility (2,50€ for 25 balls)

Weather & Cancellation Policy:

As this is a charity event, we play rain or shine! However, in the event of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms) that forces the golf course to close, safety comes first. If the tournament must be canceled due to course closure, you will be automatically refunded €36.50 (covering food, raffle, and ticketing fees). The remaining €90.00 will be retained as a direct donation to the CHILL Foundation to ensure we still support our cause. A tax-deductible donation receipt (Spendenbescheinigung) can be provided upon request.
