Join us at Whistler Golf Club on Thursday, August 11th, for a fun and laid back golf outing to benefit the Chill Foundation.

The event will feature an 18-hole scramble golf tournament with on-hole events, prizes, swag bags, a killer raffle, drink specials and more!

100% of event proceeds go towards the Chill Foundation’s mission of inspiring youth to overcome challenges through boardsports.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Check-in will begin at 12:45 PM
1:40 PM: Players to their carts for announcements
2:00 PM: Shotgun Start
6:30 – 8:00 PM: Post-round reception on the patio. Team prizes and raffle drawing will take place.

EVENT DETAILS:

Rules: Teams of four will complete in a scramble format. Be sure to check the rule sheet every hole! We have a ton of great special holes including the ‘Snowboard Tee Shot’ and the famous ‘Ménage A Trois’ hole.
Driving Range: Range use is included, but the practice facility is on another property. There is very limited parking there, so we suggest parking at the golf course, and walking over with a handful of clubs rather than your entire bag. It is roughly a 3 minute trip each way.
Mulligans: Save your team a few strokes and scoop some mulligans. $5 each with a limit of six per team. Mulligans can be purchased at the check-in table.
Raffle: We have a great raffle, sponsored by Body Energy Club, featuring prizes from Yeti, Burton, GoPro, Anon, and more! Tickets are one for $5 or five for $20 and will be sold at the raffle table located near the patio.
Putting Contest: Be sure to hit the putting green for our putting contest sponsored by BN3TH. Tickets are $10 and give you 3 shots. The day’s best putter will be taking home a Burton snowboard!
Post Round Reception: Following the round, join us on the patio while we hand out the team and raffle prizes.
IMPORTANT RULES FROM WHISTLER GOLF CLUB:
- Outside Alcohol is not Anyone caught with their own alcohol will be removed from the course.
- Dress Code: Please, wear collared shirt, and tailored pants or shorts. No jeans, gym wear, flip-flops, or going barefoot.
- Golf Carts are to be driven responsibly.
